We opened our doors of Theuninck Construction in 1990. With over 30 years of experience, we know that building a new home may be one of the most important decisions you will ever make and we want to help ensure that the process is a happy one. We are detail oriented and work closely with you and all workers to ensure the job is done the right way. We take personal pride in each project and treat your new home construction and remodels as if they were our own.

Locally educated and trained

As a family-owned business, our vast experience and work in the Mankato area has allowed us to develop long-lasting relationships with the best subcontractors and businesses in the area. We work closely with our clients and are on site regularly to ensure your remodel or new home construction turns out the way you want.

We have spent most of our lives in Mankato. We graduated from Loyola Catholic School in Mankato, Minnesota and obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in construction management from Minnesota State University. We love the community and providing quality service to neighbors across the Mankato area and southern Minnesota.
